DELIVERY POLICY

Birch Quills does not offer international shipping. You must have a valid Maltese billing address and Delivery Address to place an order with us. 

We offer Standard Delivery Only to locals and Dhl courier express to the rest of the world the delivery time is around 3 to 7 working days which excludes any of god or pandemic situations   . There is a charge of €9- €45 but if you spend over €90 the delivery is free. For local Delivery time estimated to take 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders will be dispatched via Mela.Biz service.

If an order is delayed due to incorrect details provided by the customer, we will try our hardest to get this amended for you and get the package back on track, but this can sometimes delay the delivery by a number of working days. Please double check all information before submitting your order.

Orders placed around the Christmas period are more likely to be subject to delays.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations, including updates to delivery information. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it.

Delivery may take longer if you have placed an order over €500 and we are unable to contact you.

 

Tracking information

We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but please allow time for processing, especially during busy periods. Tracking is unavailable for such short distance.       

 

Back orders

We do not hold back orders. If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will cancel and refund this item.

RETURN SERVICE

You have the right to return items to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods, after which they will be processed.

Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed, after which you should receive an email confirming your refund. Your bank may take up to 3-5 working days to process the payment.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in contact with us via our website before returning, where we will endeavour to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
